Weekends in Paris / Mini-workshops

Don't let the words mini-workshops fool you as these short workshops are very intense learning experiences.
We meet and photograph from dusk till dawn and in late spring that means many hours of photography as the days are quite long. Somewhere in the middle of the day it is possible to stop and review/discuss some of the images taken until that point. However these are photo intensive courses and not Photoshop courses so we would keep time away from photography to a minimum. You will get to visit some of the most known landmarks of the French capital. The great task in this workshops is to deal with subject matter that you have probably seen before in photos. The reason this is a difficult task is simply because having seen so many photos of such famous places clouds a fresh approach to the subject. Photographers often deal with these subjects in similar fashion others have in the past. But it is safe to say the world does not need another picture of a Parisian iconic spot, however there is always room for personal vision even what what gets us to this personalized works is an iconic location.
If you have specific needs that you feel need particular attention you can book a weekend for a one-on-one private workshop. The advantage here is that you will have my undivided attention as there will be no other participants. It also makes for a more flexible schedule and could include extra such as Photoshop instruction. Please email me well in advance to ensure that the particular dates are not booked yet.
Who is it for: this workshops are open to all level of photography experience and all ages.
Equipment needed: It is necessary to have a tripod and recommended to have a SLR camera.
